Paparazzi!
On May 2007 one of the members of our foundation had participated In an international training in Turkey which was organised for pe ople who worked with youngsters from small towns and villages. The project resulted with several organizations from the various parts of Europe making connection due to organize an international Photography Project called “Rural Paparazzi”.
The project will be held from January till August 2008 and it surely will bring us wonderful experiences. It’s going to be FARMa’s first long-term international project! Wow, what a challenge!
The target group of the Project are youngster age 15 to 17 who are interested In photography. Along with 4 other organizations we are going to simultaneously carry on photographic workshops and the photos made by the participants will be uploaded to an on-line gallery. The pictures will be commented there, but the participants will also discuss other matters on this website, it will be an opportunity to learn about the countries participating in the program (especially the rural areas). Local exhibitions connected with promoting Europe will be the next element of the project.
And finally, at the end of the project we will prepare a youth exchange in Poland during which we will improve our skills and spy on life in the country.
5 participants of the project will be chosen by FARMa.
The project is going to be financed by the YOUTH programme.
